Mirab Esfahan started to research and gather information, in the field of manufacturing of irrigation and under pressure irrigation pipes in 2003. The goal of this research was to find out modern methods of; irrigation systems (network), water usage optimization in farming, and manufacturing of irrigation pipes. And finally the company was established in 2004.
Mirab Esfahan produces Polyethylene pipes with materials of PE32, PE40, PE80, and PE100 in various sizes from 16 (for drip irrigation) to 630 mm. The products are suitable for all ranges of 2.5 to 25 atmosphere pressures and it is commonly used for a variety of water supply, irrigation, agricultural purposes, and building and industrial uses.
The company’s other product is drip irrigation tape spaced at 10, 20, 30 cm frequent intervals uses for modern irrigation farms. This product has a significant share in saving water and fertilizer by allowing water to drip slowly to the roots of plants, either onto the soil surface or directly onto the root zone of the plants. This product is usually used for one crop season.
Polyethylene pipes can be fitted by heat fusion, electrofusion, and mechanical fitting. In the heat fusion process (sometimes called heat welding, butt welding) the quality and efficiency of welding depend on the skills and abilities of welders, the ratio of welding equipment to the pipe, and the fulfillment of the principles and rules for welding pipes by welders. Mirab Esfahan is proud to offer services and collaboration with all the related organizations for welding Polyethylene Pipe Fitting by its specialists.
